Summer, 2014 - DD’s Discounts signs new lease at WESTSIDE SOUTH SHOPPING CENTER in Gretna, LA., a suburb of New Orleans. dd’s, a fashion-forward division of Ross Dress for Less, will occupy 18,303 square feet opening in the Fall of 2014. This will be the first dd’s in Louisiana.
PINECREST TOWN CENTER – Undergoes major renovations. The retail center received a façade redesign and new color scheme. The office building’s interior lobby was renovated, creating on impressive entry statement. The parking and landscaping were also upgraded.
April 2014 – The operators of Cincinnati’s Anderson Pub & Grill signed a new lease for their location at 8060 Beechmont Avenue on the corner of Nagle Road. A major interior and exterior renovation of the freestanding restaurant and pub with the addition of a covered outdoor seating area was also announced.
March, 2014 – Get Smart opens new flagship location at Pinecrest Town Center. The educational superstore, long a fixture in the Pinecrest area and well known throughout Miami has opened a flagship location at Pinecrest Town Center. They occupy 5,800 square feet.
January 2014 – The Cato Corporation (It’s Fashion Metro) renewed their lease at Roebuck Marketplace. They occupy 14,144 square feet. Roebuck Marketplace is a successful destination center with an emphasis on fashion. It is shadow-anchored by a Super Wal-Mart. It is located on Parkway East at I-59 in Birmingham’s Roebuck neighborhood.

July 2013 - Bluegrass Urgent Care opened its second Kentucky location 2013 at Buttermilk Crossing in Crescent Springs at Buttermilk Parkway and I-70, 74.
Buttermilk Crossing has completed a major renovation including a new façade and extensive changes to the parking and landscape areas. New tenant opened during 2013 include Cancun Mexican Restaurant and Cocoberry Frozen Yogurt.
